Mobile home has been taken care of and has plenty of nice features. Bedrooms are split with each on opposite sides of mobile. Propane cook stove, refrigerator, washer and dryer all stay. Owner will leave the majority of furniture and just remove his personal property. Wood stove in living room, tractor in front and some rolled fencing will be taken by owner. Tractor may be available for purchase if buyer would like. Pond on the back of the property and lots of wildlife in the area for your enjoyment!
