Biography
Cortney joined Gladys Manion Real Estate as a full-time Residential Real Estate Specialist in 2021. In her first year, she generated over 4 million dollars in sales and received the companies prestigious, "Rookie of the Year" award.
Having grown up in several different St. Louis Neighborhoods, Cortney has a profound understanding of all the county and the city have to offer. Cortney attended Ursuline Academy for high school. Go Bears! Cortney graduated from Drake University with degrees in Elementary Education and Special Education. After graduation, she taught in Kirkwood and Chesterfield. During her years in teaching, she received the "Kirkwood- Rotary Teacher of the Year Award." Cortney's experience as a teacher gives her a strong knowledge of area school districts. Her background in communication, problem-solving, leadership skills, and much more gives her a heightened ability to listen to client's needs and communicate and negotiate on their behalf. She is a patient, dedicated and detail- oriented Realtor who understands the market well.
When Cortney is not working, you can find her spending time with her Toddler, Mac, Husband, Kyle, and Dog, Gracie Mae. She resides in St. Louis Hills and loves living close to Francis Park and a block from the ever famous, "Candy Cane Lane."
