Lexi Ross

Lexi joined Gladys Manion in 2025 as a full-time Residential Specialist. Born and raised in St. Louis and a graduate of MICDS and Ole Miss, Lexi brings deep local knowledge and a genuine appreciation for every home's unique character. Her first year at Gladys Manion, Lexi was awarded the Rookie of the Year award, as well as a spot among the Top 10 Agents.

Most recently, Lexi was the Manager of Talent Acquisition for Spring Venture Group, located in Kansas City, Missouri. She was responsible for overseeing the recruitment processes and executing strategies to attract top sales talent to the organization.

When she's not working with clients, Lexi enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, and energetic Labrador, Tank.  Lexi and her family live in Warson Woods and love spending their summers traveling and by the Algonquin pool.
