Born and raised in St. Louis, Liz Beaty offers an insider’s perspective on the region’s most sought-after neighborhoods and refined lifestyle amenities. A Villa Duchesne alumna, Liz graduated from Regis University in Denver and went on to spend a decade orchestrating large-scale luxury events, honing a level of service and precision that now defines her real estate practice.

Returning to St. Louis in 2022, Liz served in a high-level executive support role, further elevating her expertise in client experience, operations, and detail management. She joined the Gladys Manion team in 2025, bringing a sophisticated service philosophy and a deep appreciation for the distinct character of St. Louis’ premier communities.

When she isn’t advising clients, Liz enjoys traveling, skiing, and spending time with her family at her Wildwood home.
