We recently sat down with her to learn more about her real estate journey, what inspired the move to Gladys Manion Real Estate, and the approach that guides every client relationship.

How long have you been in real estate, and what first drew you to the industry?

I've been in real estate for five years. After graduating from the University of Missouri-Columbia, I held a variety of marketing roles, and nothing truly fit. I love to help others navigate St. Louis neighborhoods and to help friends, family, and neighbors find their perfect home. After searching for the right career path for me, real estate made perfect sense.

What do you love most about helping buyers and sellers?

With sellers, I like to make the process as simple and straightforward as possible. Typically, moving away from their first home or family home can be an emotional time. Making the process seamless is rewarding for all of us!

With buyers, I love to negotiate and help them find their next perfect home. Especially if they have highly specific criteria. Finding the perfect fit is a worthwhile hunt!

How would you describe your approach to client service?

I treat all clients as if they were family. I respond quickly with solutions or next steps, and if I don't have an immediate answer, I communicate, and we get it figured out! 

What St. Louis neighborhood would you say you know best?

The Central Corridor as a whole, but I'm getting to know a lot more about Kirkwood as a proud, new resident! 

What's your favorite hidden gem in St. Louis?

The Spotted Pig boutique in Town and Country - it's my go-to for unique, thoughtful gifts!

What's your favorite way to spend a Saturday in St. Louis?

I have a two-year-old son, and we love exploring all of St. Louis' amazing family-friendly attractions. We have so many incredible parks, free attractions, and places to climb for a busy toddler!

What's a transaction you'll always remember?

I'll always remember a beautiful home I helped a buyer with off North Van Buren, in Kirkwood. They bought it sight unseen and had full trust in me that it was the perfect home for them. And it was!

What are you most excited about as you begin this next chapter with Gladys Manion?

I'm excited to build a lifelong career geared towards enhancing the community of St. Louis overall. Real estate is more than buying and selling houses. It's about community!

How do you want your clients to feel after working with you?

Relaxed, taken care of, and excited for their new endeavor!
